For many years I was a slave to sin. But I was thinking Iam free.
I do what I want. No one has to tell me something. That was my point of view.
I lived my life by my own rules and it felt good for a while.
But everything what seems to be good in the beginnig, brought in the end nothing than dissatisfaction.
Slave to sin. Emptyness inside.
Slave to sin. Fooled by the father of lies.
I did a lot of shit and Drugs became more and more importend. Selfdestruction of body and mind.
So longer I live that way. so harder became the restriction.
Than I realised that Iam addicted and not free.
I tried to change my life by my own. But I failed again and again
I was not able to break out. And so I lived the live of a slave
Slave to sin. Emptness inside.
Slave to sin. Fooled by the father of lies.
But than came Christ into my life and he changed everything.
With his blood he breaks the chains of the restriction. Now can I live in real freedom.
Freed from slavery. By the blood of christ.
Freed from slavery. Only he gives real life.

Elijah the prophet of the lord said to the people.

“If the Lord is God, than follow only him.”

„Get two bulls for us. Let Baal’s prophets choose one for themselves.“
„And let them cut it into pieces.“
„Put it on wood but set no fire to it.”
“I will prepare the other bull the same way.”
“Then you call on the name of Baal, and I will call on the name of the Lord.”
„The one who answers with fire is the living God.“
All the people said, “What you say is good.”
And the prophets of Baal did like Elijah said to them.
Then they called on the name of Baal from morning till noon.
But there was no response; no one answered.
At noon Elijah began to taunt them. “Shout louder!” he said.
„Maybe he is sleeping and must be awakened.“
So they shouted louder and slashed
themselves with swords and spears, until their blood flowed.
Then Elijah said to the people, “Come here to me.”
And he repaired the altar of the Lord, which had been torn down.
He arranged the wood, cut the bull into pieces and laid it on the wood.
Then he said to them, “Fill four large jars with water and pour it on the offering.“
And so they did.
“This is not enough” he said “Do it tow times more”
And they did like he said to them.
At the time of sacrifice, Elijah prayed.
“Lord, answer me, so these people will know that you are God
and that you are turning their hearts back again.”
Then fire fell and burned up the sacrifice and the whole altar.
When all the people saw this, they fell prostrate and cried, “The Lord alone is God!”
Then Elijah commanded them, “Seize the prophets of Baal. Don’t let anyone get away!”
They seized them, Elijah brought them to Kishon Valley and slaughtered them there.
